What’s Happening: September 2024

September has arrived and our attention has turned to what is happening in the vineyard, the upcoming harvest, the cooler weather still to come, and the return of school, but don’t wait just because Labor Day has come and gone does not mean that the warm weather is gone! The weather these new few weeks is forecast for the mid 70s with lots of sun, which means we will be soaking up every second of it on the patio ans we hope you will join us!  

Plus keep your eyes out for a number of new wine releases coming this September—including our brand new Lieb Sauvignon Blanc and the release of our 2022 Suhru Teroldego—both which are tasting beautiful and we cannot wait to share with you! Oysters & Wine: Featuring Peconic Gold Oysters

We invite you to join us for our final Oyster Popup of the season with our friends Matt & Kelsey from local oyster farm Peconic Gold Oysters! On Friday, September 6th, Matt will be serving up freshly shucked oysters will be shucking their freshly harvested oysters on the Patio from 5-7pm.

Freshly shucked local oysters will be available at the tasting room, in addition to our full menu on Friday, September 6th from 5 – 7PM. Reservations Recommended.

Welcome to the delectable world of cheese and charcuterie board crafting! Join us as we dive into the art of assembling the perfect cheese and charcuterie board. From selecting the finest cheeses and cured meats, to mastering the art of pairing flavors and textures, immerse yourself in the sensory delights of creating a visually stunning and palate-pleasing board through hands-on demonstrations and expert guidance. This class promises to inspire both novice enthusiasts and seasoned gourmands alike, fostering a newfound appreciation for the craftsmanship of these timeless culinary delights. Hosted at the Tasting Room on Wednesday August 7th & 21st at 5:30pm. Space Limited, Reservations Required!

Fire Pit Season

Fall has arrived and we are counting down the days until the temperatures drop enough to put out the fire-pits! We hope you will join us this Fall for a glass on our patio to soak up the end of Summer these first few weeks of September and enjoy the dip in temperatures as September turns to October and the Fall chill returns to the air. Fire pits will return to the patio in the second half of September Reservation Recommended.
